Autonomous Health
This is the current public formulation of Autonomous Health in relation to the whole Drayker system. Nothing described here operates today.
Systemic role
Autonomous Health is the health system of Drayker: an artificial intelligence health system integrated with each member’s UID, Dk Personal, personal Dknowledge and devices. Its purpose is that a person can follow their own health, prevent disease and receive accompanied, optimised and personalised treatment, so they can live longer and better, accessibly, with access to frontier research and discoveries.
For every active member, Autonomous Health is the form the common floor of possibility takes in health (Distributed Support). Treatments, technologies and knowledge reach non-members as resources exchanged with the outside world; the distribution system itself is among members, and anyone can become a member by making their own UID.
Detection by patterns
The system relates what a person’s Dk Personal, personal Dknowledge and devices already know about them. When a pattern may be connected to a condition with sufficient probability, it is investigated to find out whether something is there. Besides saving lives, every investigation improves the multifactor detection of every kind of condition, through patterns no one would have thought to look for, and makes it more precise over time.
The data belong to the member. What enters an investigation is what the member authorises their Dk Personal to share.
Diagnosis and treatment
A diagnostic intelligence learns from every exam: the detailed exams of the clinics that use the system and large exam datasets gathered around the world. A treatment intelligence relates each diagnosis to the studies and articles on it, proposes the best possible solutions, and learns from their results and feedback. Clinics run with artificial intelligence, with professional review alongside AI diagnosis and monitoring.
Every clinic, hospital or organisation that uses the system has an organization identity, formed by the UIDs of those who compose it, and every professional is registered. Data and processing are distributed across the network rather than held by one operator, and when Dk is ready the whole system integrates with it, updating itself with new information and results.
Open research
Autonomous Health is joined to a research layer for biology and medicine, where researchers anywhere can share their studies and develop them with others, with partnerships with universities (Open Science). Volunteers can choose what is stored and processed on their own resources. Contributing that capacity earns the reward, the one transferable kind of reputation, which can give faster or priority access to resources.
What is not decided
The order of the first steps, the clinical and legal requirements in each territory, and the criteria that make a probability “sufficient” for an investigation are open work. No clinic, dataset or diagnostic service exists today.
Health technologies of a size that changes life itself (indefinite longevity, for instance) do not arrive ready: their dilemmas, distribution and rules of use are decided by the members together with Dk Global, which projects the consequences but does not choose between values for them.
